TC Media: 'Obstacles' to Crossing to Kokkina – 900 People Passed

Turkish Cypriot media claimed that the convoy of buses heading to the Kokkina enclave faced 'obstacles' from the authorities of the Republic of Cyprus at the Limnitis/Kato Pyrgos crossing point. According to reports, the delay was due to restrictions on the number of vehicles allowed to pass, allegedly imposed by the Greek Cypriot side.

According to the chairman of the Committee for the Opening of the Tillyria Crossing Points, Andreas Karos, the crossing was completed around 09.30. In total, approximately 50 small buses with 900 people from the occupied territories passed through the crossing point in stages to participate in the events in Kokkina.
