Mourning in Aradippou for 19-year-old Christos Christakis

A 19-year-old, Christos Christakis, has died five days after sustaining serious injuries in a traffic accident. The young national guardsman passed away in a private hospital in Limassol.

His death caused grief in Aradippou. The team Ermis Aradippou, teammates and friends expressed their condolences. Omonia Aradippou also expressed condolences to the family.

According to the police, Christos was injured when he fell from the hood of a car he was riding with friends. He was initially taken to Larnaca General Hospital and then to a private hospital in Nicosia, where he passed away.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday from the Church of Apostle Luke in Aradippou. The family requests that attendees wear white clothing.
