GESY Software Meeting: Upgrade Expected This Week

A meeting was held under the Minister of Health, Neophytos Charalambides, regarding the problems with the GESY software. The minister demanded an immediate resolution to the problem.
According to Marios Tziakouris, the contractor company informed that the problem has been identified and a software upgrade is being prepared, which is expected to be resolved by the beginning of next week. Intermediate solutions are also being implemented to improve the system's functionality.
The president of the Pharmaceutical Association, Ploutarchos Georgiadis, emphasized the need for an alternative plan in case of system malfunction, in order to avoid patient inconvenience.
