Fire in Pomos, Cyprus, Quickly Brought Under Control

A fire broke out today, Sunday, in Pomos, but was quickly brought under control thanks to the immediate intervention of the fire services.
The fire started at 15:15 and burned a small area of dry grass. 11 people from the Department of Forests participated in the extinguishing operation with 3 fire trucks and a bulldozer.
The causes of the fire are under investigation.
