Fire at a House in Larnaca: 6 Residents Safely Evacuated

A fire broke out in a house in Larnaca, resulting in the timely evacuation of six residents.

The fire started at 06:02 on the second floor of the house. The Fire Station of Deputy Fire Chief Andreas Papadopoulos responded, and the fire was brought under control at 06:41.

The second floor suffered extensive damage from the fire and heat, and the wooden roof collapsed. The six residents were safely evacuated before the arrival of the Fire Service and were examined by the Ambulance Service.

An investigation into the causes of the fire will follow, in cooperation with the competent Authorities, according to Andreas Kettis.
