Warning! Products Being Recalled from the Market

The Department of Electromechanical Services warns about dangerous products, including chargers, electric bicycles, mixers, and heaters, being recalled from the market.

The information was received through the EU's rapid alert system (Safety Gate) during the 32nd week of 2025.

The Department calls on importers, distributors, and sellers to stop distributing the products and notify the Department. In case of recall, measures must be taken for the immediate withdrawal of the products.

Consumers are urged to stop using the products and return them to the point of purchase, informing the seller.

According to the 2021 law, in case of a non-compliant product, the consumer is entitled to a replacement or withdrawal and refund. The rights are valid for two years from the delivery of the product.

In case of refusal by the seller, consumers can submit a complaint through the Consumer Protection Service website.
