Warning: Customs Department SMS Scam Targeting Citizens

The Department of Customs warns of malicious communications, mainly via SMS, using its name to extract money or personal data.

The Department of Customs never requests bank details or personal data via SMS or email. Any message requesting such information does not originate from the Department of Customs and is a scam attempt.
