Weather Forecast: Rain Expected Until Good Friday

A weak low pressure system is affecting the region, bringing unstable air mass. Today, increased local cloud cover and possible isolated showers, perhaps even thunderstorms along the coast. In the afternoon, local rain and isolated thunderstorms are expected, mainly in the mountains, south, east, and inland. Hail is possible during thunderstorms.
Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest, 3 to 4 Beaufort, strengthening in the afternoon to 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will initially be calm to slightly rough, but will become slightly rough. Temperatures will reach 22 degrees Celsius inland, 21 on the coast, and 11 in the higher mountains.
On Holy Wednesday, isolated showers are expected, mainly in the mountains and east. On Holy Thursday, the weather will be partly cloudy with local rain and thunderstorms. On Good Friday, isolated showers are expected, mainly in the western half of the island, with improvement from the afternoon.
The temperature will rise slightly on Holy Wednesday and fall slightly until Good Friday.
