Isaak-Solomou Memorial Ride: Crowds Honor Sacrifice

Large crowds participated in the Isaak-Solomou memorial ride, honoring the sacrifice of the two heroes. The ride, organized by the Isaak and Solomou Memorial Initiative, took place for the second day with the participation of motorcyclists.

The motorcyclists started from various cities in free Cyprus and ended in Paralimni, where the inauguration of a monument dedicated to Tasos Isaak and Solomos Solomou took place. The monument was created by sculptor Filippos Giapanis, on the initiative of the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia.

The ride also passed through the Deryneia roadblock before ending at the monument site near the Paralimni cemetery.
