Paralimni: Road closures for the Carnival

The Municipality of Paralimni – Deryneia has announced traffic regulations due to the carnival events.

On Saturday, 21/2/26, for the night parade, a section of Griva Digeni Street (from Tasou Markou to Akropoleos) will be closed from 19:00-21:00. Also, Arch. Makariou III Street (from the PEK building), the junction of Agiou Dimitriou and Akropoleos, and Ag. Georgiou Street (from Pittatzi Pharmacy) will be closed until 24:00-1:00.

On Sunday, 22/6/26, for the carnival parade, Protara Avenue, Agiou Georgiou Street, part of Griva Digeni Street, Tasou Markou Street, and sections of perpendicular side streets will be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The junction of Protara Avenue with Filikis Etaireias Street will remain open until the EKO ARTYMATA gas station.

The roads will gradually reopen after the parade and cleaning.
