Slippery Roads in Mountainous Areas – Chains Required in Troodos

Slippery road conditions due to frost are possible in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas, especially during the morning hours.

Open ONLY to 4x4 vehicles or with anti-skid chains (due to frost) the roads:

• Platron – Troodos
• Karvounas – Troodos
• Prodromos – Troodos

The Police urge drivers to be especially careful and comply with the traffic code.
