Larnaca: Renovation Works Inspected on Makariou Avenue in Livadia

The Mayor of Larnaca, Andreas Vyras, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor of Livadia, Marios Armenis, inspected the renovation works on Makariou Avenue in Livadia.

The project, with a budget of €3,025,000.00 plus VAT, aims to upgrade the area. According to an announcement by the Municipality of Larnaca, the Mayor was briefed on the progress by the contractor S. Hadjichristofi Construction Ltd and the architectural firm George Karas & Associates Architects Civil Engineers L.L.C.

The works include the construction of a stormwater drainage system, infrastructure for AHK and CYTA, new road and sidewalk paving, the creation of parking spaces, tree planting, and landscaping.

The project is expected to improve the daily life of residents, road safety, and the local economy.
