Larnaca: Public Transport Services Return to Normal

The Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance announced the return to normal of public transport services in Larnaca. This development follows an agreement between the trade union and the employer side regarding the implementation of the collective agreement at Larnaca Public Transport (LPT).
LPT announced that normal service operations would resume on Saturday, August 9th. The Ministry of Labour expressed its satisfaction with the agreement, emphasizing the importance of tripartite cooperation between employees, employers, and the state.
Both the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Transport highlighted the role of human resources in public transport and the importance of upgrading public transport. Larnaca Public Transport apologized to the public for the inconvenience caused by the recent strike.
