Larnaca: Indefinite Strike on Buses

Workers at the public transport company Larnaca Public Transport in Larnaca have begun an indefinite strike from midnight, following the completion of a 48-hour strike. The decision was made at a general assembly of workers.
According to an announcement by the unions ΠΕΟ, ΣΕΚ, and ΔΕΟΚ, the Department of Labor Relations of the Ministry of Labor found a violation of the collective agreement regarding working hours and contractual obligations for 38-hour work.
The unions apologized for the inconvenience caused to the public.
