Cyprus: Snake mating dance in the mountains

A rare sight was captured on camera in Cyprus: two snakes in a mating ritual in the mountains and valleys of the island.

The video, which is circulating online, shows the snakes mating in a spectacular natural 'tango'.

Experts point out that this is a normal reproductive process for snakes, which usually takes place in the spring.

This spectacle, although it may cause awe or even fear in some, is an integral part of the ecosystem of Cyprus.
