A weak high pressure system is affecting Cyprus. There will be occasional local cloud increases today. Winds will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. The temperature will rise to 13 degrees Celsius inland, around 15 on the coasts, and 2 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight, the weather will be mainly clear, but occasional local cloud increases are expected. Winds will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly, light, 3 Beaufort. The temperature will drop to 4 degrees Celsius inland, around 7 on the coasts, and minus 2 degrees in the higher mountains. Frost is expected to form in the mountains, semi-mountainous areas, and possibly locally in the plains.

On Saturday, the weather will be mainly clear, although occasional local cloud increases are expected. On Sunday and Monday, increased high clouds will be observed at times. The temperature will gradually rise significantly over the three-day period.
