Complaint Filed Against Teacher for Allegedly Insulting Students

An anonymous complaint has been filed with the Independent Authority Against Corruption regarding the behavior of a high school teacher. According to the complaint, the teacher allegedly makes offensive comments about students, undermining their dignity.
The complaint states that the teacher comments on the personal hygiene, clothing, and other personal data of the students, who are said to belong to vulnerable social groups.
The Authority Against Corruption found that the complaint did not concern acts of corruption, but forwarded the case to the Director General of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth and the Commissioner for the Protection of Children's Rights due to the seriousness of the allegations.
The Authority terminated the further investigation process and archived the case, as it does not fall within its competence. However, the contradiction of the claims with the legal framework regarding the duties and ethics of the educational system is emphasized.
