Shelters Listed on «SafeCY» App Not Found

Following events in the Middle East and the drone attack on the British bases in Akrotiri, Cyprus, the issue of shelters has resurfaced. Information on locating shelters is available through the «SafeCY» app and the Civil Defence Crisis Center (22403451, 22403452).

However, it was reported that some shelters listed on the «SafeCY» app could not be located in practice, possibly due to their non-existence or lack of signage. It is important that shelters are easily accessible and meet safety requirements.
