Pharmacists Reject Changes to Operating Hours

Pharmacists have rejected any changes to the operating hours of private pharmacies during today's extraordinary general assembly. The pharmacists voted in favor of the existing hours, rejecting the proposals of the Minister of Health, Michalis Damianou.
According to information from philenews, out of the 518 pharmacists who participated in the vote, 406 voted in favor of the existing operating hours.
Official announcements are expected from the Pancyprian Pharmaceutical Association. The final say on the operating hours of private pharmacies rests with the Ministry of Health.
