Temperature Rising to 40 Degrees – Slight Drop Expected on Sunday

The temperature is expected to reach 40 degrees Celsius in inland Cyprus tomorrow. On the coast, the temperature will rise to around 34 degrees, while in the higher mountains it will be 30 degrees.

Tonight, the temperature will drop to around 24 degrees inland, around 22 on the coast, and around 20 degrees in the higher mountains. The weather will be mainly clear, with a possibility of thin fog or fog and low cloud cover, especially in areas on the eastern and southern coasts.

The winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and occasionally on the windward coasts up to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will generally be calm to slightly rough.

On Friday and Saturday, the weather will be mainly clear with local fog and low cloud cover in the morning hours. A slight drop in temperature is expected on Sunday, while the weather will be mainly clear with temporarily increased cloud cover.
