PIS Survey: Problems with Cyprus' GeSY Software

A nationwide survey by the Pancyprian Medical Association (PIS) reveals significant problems with the GeSY IT system. According to the survey, 91% of doctors have experienced system outages or unavailability, while 82% report technical issues. Outages last from 1 to 4 hours, affecting the work of 54% of doctors and leading to appointment delays for 65%. 86% find the medical protocols difficult to understand. PIS calls for an immediate solution to ensure quality healthcare.
