29-year-old African Man Attacked in Ayioi Omoloyites, Nicosia

A 29-year-old African man was attacked by a group of people in the early hours of the morning in Ayioi Omoloyites, Nicosia.

According to the police report, the attack occurred shortly before 2 a.m. on Friday, while the 29-year-old was walking home.

Police officers rushed to the scene to investigate. The 29-year-old was taken to Nicosia General Hospital with abrasions and bruises, but his condition is not life-threatening. He is expected to be discharged and give a statement.

The case is under investigation by the police.
