Repatriation Efforts for 600 Cypriots from Gulf Countries

The Cypriot government is making efforts to repatriate 600 Cypriot citizens located in Gulf countries. These efforts focus on chartering aircraft once airports in those countries reopen.

A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the accommodation costs for Cypriots in the United Arab Emirates will be covered by local authorities. Citizens are encouraged to register on the Connect2CY platform.
