Kouklia Desalination Unit Resumes Operation

The Kouklia Desalination Unit has resumed operation after a fire last December, according to an announcement by the Department of Water Development.

The restart began gradually on Sunday, with a daily production of fifteen thousand cubic meters of water, which is its contractual capacity.

The full restoration and operation of the Unit ensures a smoother water supply to the Paphos district, enhancing water sufficiency.
