COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations Begin in Cyprus

Vaccinations against COVID-19 and the flu have started in Cyprus since October 17.

The Director of Nursing Services, Evagoras Tambouris, stated that 354 people have received the flu vaccine, and 440 people have been vaccinated with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Mr. Tambouris urged the public to get vaccinated at centers operating in all provinces every Friday from eight in the morning until two in the afternoon. Vaccinations are carried out at the centers for those who choose to have both vaccines together or just the COVID-19 vaccine.

Those who choose to be vaccinated only against the flu should visit their personal physician.
