Shelter Inspection Underway – Completion Within Days

An inspection of all shelters is underway and is expected to be completed within 2-3 days, according to relevant sources on Wednesday.

The same sources stated that until now, shelters were considered the property of the private sector. There was an obligation to notify owners within 24 hours to make the shelters available.

The competent service has carried out inspections, but not in all 2500 shelters. The last inspection took place in June, but since then some owners have converted the shelters into warehouses.

Since yesterday, crews have been sent to all shelters for inspection and repair. The inspection of all shelters will be completed within the next 2-3 days, it was noted.
