Paphos Municipality to Hold Emergency Meeting for Municipal Secretary

The Municipality of Paphos has announced an emergency meeting of the Municipal Council on Monday at 12 noon. The purpose of the meeting is to decide who will replace the Municipal Secretary until the position is announced and filled.

According to reports, the Service Plan and the framework for filling the position will be discussed on Wednesday. Interest has been expressed by the heads of departments, the Director of the Department of Health Services and Environment of the Municipality of Paphos, Dr. Christos Christou, the Municipal Engineer Christos Constantinides, the Director of the Financial Department Konstantinos Christoforou, as well as other officials of the Municipality.

The selected person will perform the duties of the Deputy Municipal Secretary, in addition to his current duties, until the position is filled.
