PĆ³lis Chrysochous Municipality Dissatisfied with Urban Projects
The Municipality of PĆ³lis Chrysochous has expressed its dissatisfaction with the delay in the advancement of urban development projects, including the Regeneration and Revitalization of the Traditional Core of PĆ³lis Chrysochous project.
According to a statement, the Municipality accuses specific officials of the Town Planning and Housing Department of obstruction, despite the project's approval and the existence of a relevant budget allocation in the state budget for four years. The issues cited by the officials have already been discussed and resolved, according to the Municipality.
Furthermore, the Municipality expressed concern about the non-promotion of other urban projects in the municipal districts. The Mayor of PĆ³lis Chrysochous has informed the Director-General of the Ministry of Interior and a meeting is expected to discuss the replacement of the specific officials.
