Landmark Projects for Larnaca: Park in Tsiakkilero and New Elderly Home

A new recreation park in Tsiakkilero and a modern Municipal Elderly Home are expected to transform Larnaca. The park, with a budget of €1.8 million + VAT, is expected to be completed in October and will include an amphitheater, skatepark, and dog park.

In addition, the new Elderly Home, costing €3.5 million + VAT, will be delivered next month, offering modern living conditions for low-income pensioners. The building will have 22 double and 4 single rooms, an indoor garden, and energy-saving systems.

The Municipality of Larnaca aims to create a modern nursing home with upgraded services for residents, with part of the operating costs covered by the European Social Fund.
