The Municipality of Paphos is promoting significant interventions to improve the coastal front, with an emphasis on enhancing greenery on the beaches. According to the president of the Beaches Committee, Ευκλείδης Αμβροσιάδης, priority is given to creating and upgrading green spaces along the coasts.

Tree planting, grass placement, and the formation of small green zones are planned. In the last two years, lifeguard towers have been replaced, and sand cleaning compressors have been installed. Cleaning staff and collectors at ΣΟΔΑΠ and Δημοτικά Μπάνια beaches have also been reinforced.

A wide range of projects was completed in two years, thanks to the cooperation of the involved parties. Emphasis is placed on infrastructure maintenance and the cleanliness of sanitary facilities. The Municipality is cooperating with ETAP Paphos.

Future interventions include the renovation of Δημοτικά Μπάνια after the end of the tourist season. The coastal pedestrian street is nearing completion. The creation of a new sanitary facility near the Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos has been approved. The construction of four additional sanitary facilities is under consideration.
