«Trial» of 5 Greek Cypriots: On-site inspection in Strovilia decided by «military court»

The «military court» in the occupied territories decided on an on-site inspection in Strovilia in the «trial» of the 5 Greek Cypriots. The procedure is transferred from the courtroom to the roadblock.

The request of the «prosecuting authority» for an on-site inspection and reenactment was accepted. The defense expressed opposition, arguing that the on-site inspection cannot capture the reality due to the time distance and different conditions.

Before the decision, the «prosecuting authority» presented a soldier as a witness. The procedure continues at the Strovilia roadblock.
