A protest is scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 24, 2025, in Larnaca, organized by the group «FREE FREE PALESTINE». The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. in Europe Square, on Athinon Avenue.

Following the gathering and speeches, a march will proceed along Athinon Avenue, concluding at the church of Saint Lazarus. The event is expected to last approximately one and a half hours.

Members of the Police will be present to ensure the peaceful conduct of the event and to facilitate traffic flow. Participants are requested to comply with police instructions.

According to the Public Gatherings and Processions Law 151(I) of 2025, the organizer is responsible for ensuring the peaceful conduct of the event. The Police have the authority to impose restrictions or dissolve the gathering if it is not peaceful or if there is a risk.

Additionally, the Police may order the removal of items that make a person unrecognizable if there is suspicion that the gathering is likely to become non-peaceful.
