Power Outage in Nicosia Due to Major Fault

A major fault in the electricity transmission system caused power outages in Nicosia. Specifically, areas of Agios Dometios, Engomi, and Strovolos were left without power, affecting thousands of homes.

According to Christina Papadopoulou, Press Officer of the EAC, crews are working intensively to repair the fault, which is expected to take approximately two hours.
