Arta: Mourning the death of a 35-year-old mother

Mourning has been caused in Arta by the sudden death of 35-year-old Evanthia Angelopoulou, a kindergarten teacher, just 20 days after the birth of her second child.

Evanthia Angelopoulou, wife of pulmonologist Chrysostomos Mitsokalis, felt unwell on Saturday morning and collapsed. She was taken to Arta Hospital, where doctors could not save her life.

Initial reports suggest cardiac arrest, but the exact cause of death will be determined after the autopsy. According to reports, the 35-year-old was healthy and had no health problems after giving birth.

Her funeral will take place in Arta, but the church and time of the ceremony have not yet been determined, pending the autopsy.
