Pier in Polis Chrysochous: Port Authority to Undertake Repairs

The abandoned pier in the Limni area of Polis Chrysochous will be repaired by the Port Authority, according to Mayor Giotis Papachristofi.

The Municipality of Polis Chrysochous had contacted the Port Authority via letters regarding the restoration of the pier, which was used for ore extraction and as a viewing point.

The pier is fenced off until the completion of the works. Mr. Papachristofi stated that the Port Authority intends to announce tenders for the restoration of the damage caused by a sea storm last year.
