Questions Regarding Property Sales in Paphos

Has Faidonas made any statement accusing anyone regarding Paphos being first in Cyprus for property sales to third-country nationals?

Out of a total of 53,076 properties sold in the free areas, 20,755 were sold in Paphos. But, I wonder, does Faidonas blame anyone for this? Has he discovered a conspiracy behind these sales? Or the buying of consciences? Or some political influence?
