Drone Flights Banned in Cyprus by Ministerial Decree

The Minister of Transport has issued a decree banning drone flights over the territory and territorial waters of the Republic of Cyprus until further notice.

According to a statement issued by the Department of Civil Aviation, the decision was taken due to the existing security conditions.

The decree is effective immediately, and the public is urged to fully comply with its provisions.
