Water Heater Recall Due to Missing CE Marking

The Department of Electromechanical Services announced a voluntary recall of a water heater from the market due to the absence of the СЄ marking, according to Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008.

Consumers are entitled to free repair or replacement of the product, according to the Law of 2021 on Certain Aspects concerning Contracts for the Sale of Goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, they have the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
