Weather Alert: Rain Expected Next Week

According to the Department of Meteorology, high pressure will affect Cyprus until Sunday, with sparse dust in the atmosphere at times.

On Monday, a weather disturbance from the west is expected to affect the area, mainly from the afternoon onwards, bringing local rain and isolated thunderstorms, initially in the west and north and gradually in the rest of the regions.

The temperature is expected to rise slightly on Saturday and remain significantly above normal levels for the season, while on Monday a drop is expected, remaining above the average climatological values.
