Labor Minister: Agreement on Cost of Living Adjustment (ATA) is Possible

The Minister of Labor emphasized that reaching an agreement on the Cost of Living Adjustment (ATA) is possible, based on the transitional agreement of 2023, with constructive contribution from both sides.

According to the Minister, intensive efforts for convergence are continuing, with scheduled meetings with trade unions and employers' organizations in the coming days. At the beginning of next week, there will be a detailed statement on the progress and announcement of the next government steps.

The Minister reiterated that no deadlock has been declared and called for normalcy in the labor market.
