Venergy Maritime Acquires Third Second-Hand Tanker

Venergy Maritime, owned by Vyronas Vasileiadis, has acquired a third second-hand tanker, just days after doubling its orderbook.

According to shipping sources, the company has agreed to purchase the STI Maestro, with a capacity of 47,500 dwt, built in 2020. The STI Maestro was part of the Scorpio fleet.

To date, Venergy Maritime has invested $300 million in ship purchases and constructions.
