UBM: Hungarian Interest in Acquiring ELVIZ

Hungarian UBM, a major agricultural products company, has expressed interest in acquiring the historic Greek animal feed industry ELVIZ, based in Platy Imathias.

The two companies have signed a letter of intent for the immediate acquisition of 65% of ELVIZ, with the prospect of acquiring the remaining 35% within three years.

According to UBM's financial results report for the July–December 2025 semester, the agreement is in progress.
