Lamda Development and ION Group Agreement for Hellinikon Project

Lamda Development has reached an agreement with ION Group for the development of the Hellinikon project. Axia describes the agreement as pivotal.

Lamda Development will receive €450 million, while the total investment by ION Group is expected to exceed €1.5 billion by 2030. ION will also acquire 2% of Lamda's share capital.

ION Group will create an international Research, Development and Innovation Center in Hellinikon, which will include 50,000 sq.m. of offices and collaboration spaces, a 1,000-seat amphitheater, and up to 200,000 sq.m. of residences.

The agreement follows similar agreements signed in 2023 with Brook Lane Capital, Ten Brinke, Hellenic Ergon SA, Daedalus Development and Giorgos Prokopiou.
