Profile Software: Agreement to Acquire Algosystems

Profile Software has announced an agreement to acquire at least 87.23% of Algosystems.

The signing of the agreement is the first binding milestone for the acquisition of the majority stake in Algosystems. The completion of the acquisition is subject to the fulfillment of the terms, conditions, and prerequisites stipulated in the signed agreement.

The management of Profile Software estimates that the transaction will proceed smoothly and will be completed in the immediate future.
