OPEKA: January 2026 Benefit Payments – The Dates
The Hellenic Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity Organization (OPEKA) has announced the payment dates for January 2026 benefits. Payments will be made on Friday, January 30, 2026.
The benefits to be paid are:
- Disability benefits
- Funeral expenses
- Minimum Guaranteed Income (formerly KEA)
- Solidarity Benefit for the Greek Minority of Albania
- Foster Care Benefit
- Benefit for Uninsured Elderly (Law 1296/1982)
- Birth Benefit
- Social Solidarity Benefit for the Elderly
- Benefit for Repatriated Greeks
- Benefit for Mountainous and Disadvantaged Areas
- Housing Allowance (rent)
- Housing Assistance Benefit
- Evros Relocation Program
- Personal Assistant Program
- Protected Children of those who Died in Natural Disasters
The payment concerns all beneficiaries with an approved application by December 31, 2025.
In addition, the settlement installment of the Child Benefit for 2025 will also be paid on January 30, 2026. Beneficiaries are those who have successfully completed their application.
Applications are submitted through the electronic platform of IDIKA or the OPEKA website using Taxisnet codes.
