Cyprus remains a safe destination for investments and tourism, OEB says

Cyprus remains a safe and reliable destination for international investments, business activities, and quality tourism, according to the Executive Committee of the OEB.
In a statement, the OEB stressed that maintaining stability and the smooth functioning of the economy is a top priority. The OEB recognizes the challenges faced by sectors such as the tourism industry and export businesses to the Gulf and Middle Eastern countries.
The OEB calls on citizens to help clarify the true picture of the country's safety and to restore the scheduling of EU meetings in Cyprus. OEB President Giorgos Pantelidis will meet in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and Antonio Costa on this issue.
The OEB will continue to monitor developments and contribute to public dialogue to ensure economic stability and sustainable development.
