New Digital Registry for Fuel Tanks in Private Stations

The new digital application of the Registry of Fuel and Energy Supply Station Tanks for Private Use of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has been launched. The application is accessible through the myAADE digital portal.

A joint decision by Ministers Georgios Kotsiras, Konstantinos Kyranakis, Lazaros Tsavdaridis, Dimitris Papastergiou, and the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis, defines the registration data, the obligated parties (license holders, installers of inflow-outflow monitoring systems, tank measurement bodies) and the registration deadline until 23/3/2026.

From 23/12/2025, the six-month deadline begins for the installation of monitoring systems and electronic transmission of inflow-outflow data in private stations.
