New Acquisition in Cyprus Advertising Sector

Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd has sold its stake in subsidiaries Polytropo Advertising Limited and F.V. Panel Advertising Limited to Digital Tree Publishers Limited for €1.07 million.

The two companies operate in the outdoor advertising sector. Rolandos Enterprises announced that the sale is part of its strategy to reallocate resources and focus on «Co-Embassy». Digital Tree Publishers Limited, on the other hand, is expanding its activities in the advertising and media sector.

According to reports, Digital Tree is expected to announce another acquisition in the IT sector soon.
