Frederick University–Licensing Authority Study: Radical Changes to Taxi Services

The Licensing Authority and Frederick University presented a study on optimizing taxi services in Cyprus.

The study, titled *"Scientific study and recording of the current situation of taxi operation in Cyprus"*, highlighted problems such as geographical inequality and lack of digital maturity.

Proposals include issuing new licenses, redesigning the licensing system, adopting digital applications, and green upgrading of the fleet.

The findings will serve as a starting point for a new strategy in taxi services.
