KEO: Significant upgrade in beer production

KEO has completed a major upgrade to its brewery in Limassol, installing six new fermentation and aging tanks.
The four larger tanks are 17 meters high with a capacity of 1,600 hectoliters, while the two smaller ones are 8 meters high with a capacity of 150 hectoliters, offering flexibility for the production of specialty beers.
The tanks are manufactured according to German standards and have an automated monitoring system. The fermentation and aging process is digitally controlled, recording parameters such as temperature and pressure.
The automated cleaning system guarantees hygiene and aligns with the company's sustainable development principles.
This upgrade ensures the stability of the beer, highlighting its aromas and taste, and brings the KEO brewery to the same technological level as recognized breweries in Europe.
